Nagios 3.3.1 - revert to classic theme

Nagios classic theme still the BEST

NOTE: Use 'make install-exfoliation' to use new Nagios theme

Verify configuration & restart/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

sudo service nagios restart
